Loveless City marks Tennessee Loveless's first venture into the NFT space, launched in collaboration with SynMedia out of Chico, CA. It was Loveless's initial step into building a complex, strange world within the digital marketplace — a natural fit given his background. His foundational work with Disney and the 10x10x10 project centered on creating distinct, unique environments around a consistent silhouette, and that same skill for variation made him uniquely suited to NFT variant creation.

The project gained early recognition, appearing as one of the "Projects of the Week" in an NFT newsletter in March 2022, alongside other collections launching that spring. Since then, the Loveless City ecosystem has expanded into several sub-collections, including LC Metropass, Abnormal Jean, and the Egghead Jones character NFTs (minted on APE/Ethereum), along with a spinoff line featuring Super Jean, Loveless Lizards, and SirQL8R. An additional series, "Weirdo Beardo," is currently in development and awaiting release.

Utility & Tokenomics

At the center of the ecosystem is the Loveless City Metropass — a 3,333-supply ERC-721 collection on Ethereum, serving as your key to citizenship. Metropass holders can stake their pass to earn the project's native $LOVE token, unlock multiplier upgrades and rerolls, access exclusive merch, enter giveaways, and gain priority access to future collection drops.

Every piece across the Loveless City universe is hand-drawn and hand-manipulated — no AI was used in its creation.
